Can you buy a spare tyre with the rim, not just the outside tyre?

I don't have a spare, so when I get a puncture, I'm fecked. Can you not buy a spare one, with the wheel, tube? and rim, just like the skinny replacement one you get with your car?

Go to a scrap yard. I got a alloy to replace my spare wasn't that expensive either.

Sure you can.
Dealers will have them for you, but usually bit expensive.
You can often get good bargains on likes of donedeal or adverts or ebay from UK for second hand ones.

Just make sure there is a tyre well in the boot and it is big enough either for a full size spare or space saver.
