To get them fixed properly, you're looking at plastic welding. Which is normally for auto/industrial repair, and ain't cheap if done properly.

Consign to bin, and replace. Or splint them with lollipop sticks?

You know of anywhere I can recycle them want to at least be environmentally conscious of disposing them
