Hope this is in the correct section.

My top box (SAOR TV) shows that I am receiving the following Astras
    Astra 3B 1D
    Astra 2, 2B,2D
    Astra 1KR,1L,1M

Should I be getting Astra 2G as there are a couple of channels that I had a few weeks ago but now they are showing 'No Signal'

    Many thanks.

Are you actually receiving those satellites or does it only list them? They are at different locations.

Quite a few channels moved recently. Which ones are you missing?

The satellite section is here - http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=55

Your satellite dish is most likely pointing at the Astra 2E, 2F, 2G satellites located at 28.2°E - http://en.kingofsat.net/pos-28.2E.php

As the previous post indicates there have been a lot of channels moves since mid June when the new Astra 2G went live

You will have to retune and possibly add new frequencies/transponder to your set-top box to restore the missing channels assuming of course the problem isn't with your dish/lnb.

    Thanks for the replies, folks.

Yes, I am receiving channels from all three satellites. It's just that the 2G doesn't appear in my list of over 10 possible satellites.

    What specific channels are missing?
