holiday pay and commission

    Firstly to make people whose pay is made up of basic wage plus commission or allowances.
    Holiday pay should be Calculated by taking an average of the previous 13 weeks so I've come to find out.

    My company was audited by NERA and have "advised to back date it for 12 months".
    This seems to be a major issue in the UK this year but very little in Ireland as per web search.
    If I'm working for my company for ten years , is this legal to only backdate for 12 months, the UK does seem to be leaning towards a 2 year cap,

    I'd imagine this could have a major impact for certain employers here
