Sudden pain in lower back after lifting my toddler

I'm 18 weeks pregnant and when I was lifting my 14 month old I got a real pain in my lower back and it was been 'off' ever since. If I've done some minor damage to my back I'm not bothered but am slightly concerned that I might have done harm to the baby. Anyone? I'm not getting regular movement from the baby yet so…
