    I have a 2005 Ford Focus and windows won't work also heating won't work either I tried the fuses and all seem ok

    By heaters do you mean blower motor ??
    Does it work on any speed ??

    Try checking all the connections on the gem module under the glovebox.

    Yeah the blower motor and windows not working , I checked all fuses one by one all connections seem intact and ok .

    Driving me mad , thanks

    I cant think of anywhere those circuits are connected apart from the gem module.

    I had a car with exactly the same problem. Take down the glove box cover (underneath) and I found one of the electrical blocks was loose. Pushed them all in and voila problem solved. In my case it had nothing to do with fuses

    Check the plugs in the fuse box in the passenger footwell. Sometimes they can get disturbed by a kick from a passenger.
