I'm currently on illness benefit and get fis. My maternity leave starts the 3rd or August so ill drop in my final cert Monday.

Just send the fis the letter from the department stating the dates of your maternity and it will be reinstated.

    This will be week 8.

Last time was 8 weeks too and they had no problem reinstating it once they got that letter.
