Westerly winds

    There's been nothing but constant westerly winds.
    Last Summer and Autumn wasn't bad even the reefs were always showing something.
    Looks like for the foreseeable future it's all shlop lol
    I'm a bodyboarder,seriously thinking of getting a longboard.

    Anyone else getting unfit due to not being out in the water ?

    I'm a bodyboarder,seriously thinking of getting a longboard.

    Anyone else getting unfit due to not being out in the water ?

    Dreading the beating I'm going to get when we finally get some settled surf....

    And the Argo that comes from surf starved maniac's that'll swarm all over it

    Don't fancy getting run over.
    Its the duck dives and wipeouts I'm fretting.
    And the local pro's shouting and roaring.
    My fitness is gone really bad this year,went to the physio,my gluts are in knots.

    Is there any surfers or bodyboarders work outs you guy's can recommend ?
