HI guys hoping someone here can help, Im driving myself mad.

I got an iBridge and now with the new update it also copies over videos from iphone.

But when I go onto my laptop to view the videos it cutso out of the menu completely and back to the home screen, I still have the videos on my phone as Im afraid to delete them, (which totally defeats the purpose of having bought an ibridge) So am I missing something about viewing videos on the laptop?

Any advice greatly appreciated.
