Octalink to hollowtech 2 conversion ?

    Anyone know for sure if this is possible when the left side thread on the frame is the opposite way to the shimano hollowtech 2
    Any way possible to convert, adaptor maybe ? although looking at it I have my doubts !

    It's a lapierre frame with shimano octalink/Claris chainset

    Not sure to be honest I'm just trying to gather info for a friend, but as said the left side thread on the frame threads in the opposite direction to the shimano 105 hollowtech 2 bb
