Can someone help me out here, i want to replace the drive belt on my Prolawn 675 but i can't seem to get at it because in the picture below you'll see that the metal bit in the centre needs to be removed but it won't seem to budge so that i can then remove the plastic cover and change the belt, any ideas?

What is inside the hole in the middle of the blade hub?
Does the plastic cover not fit over the ribbed part of the hub enough to get the new belt on?
BTW, you would be best to clean the bottom of the deck before you start work on the mower its good practice and remember to remove the spark plug lead.
