Ive booked my test a week ago and have yet to receive a date. I booked it normally and was wondering could i ring them up and change to a cancellation?

If you want it sooner, then yeah ring them up. It takes a month to get your date, then another month for the test. The waiting times should be on the site for your area.

Yes if you ring them on 1890 40 60 40 you can ask for a cancellation.
