    Hey everyone I need help!

I have been off smokes for two months but I just had one this morning and I feel terrible. I feel really guilty and I fear I might become a smoker again and I don't want to, is this relapse normal?
Starting to doubt myself now and need a pick me up or some advice :(

Very common slip and don't sweat it. The good news is that it reminded you of how badly you want to stop, so let it reinforce your resolve and keep going. If you did 2 months you can do plenty more.

Thanks very much, just dunno what got into me, I didn't even want the thing to begin with in the first place and I instantly was out of breath and needed my inhaled right after and I haven't even taken that since quitting.

I did the same a couple of years ago and have been off them since. Use it as a motivator.

Relapsing is all too common. Happened to me many many times. Dust yourself off and try again.
