I got 3 tickets from my club but I now at least one more if not 2 but together as they are for relations back from Australia with young kid. Can I return the 3 I got from my club to Supervalu in exchange for 5 tickets and obviously pay for the extra 2? The club sent back their remaining tickets this evening

    I doubt it.
Tickets from SuperValu are from tickets.ie.
The tickets from your club are from a completely different source.
I doubt SuperValu would be able to handle non tickets.ie tickets.

Yeah, Supervalu are just an agent for tickets.ie. When you buy tickets in a SV shop, they access the tickets.ie website and sell a ticket from the tickets.ie allocation. Their ticketing system doesn't have anything to do with tickets that are issued directly by the GAA to the clubs. So neither SV or tickets.ie have the ability to issue refunds for unused club tickets, or put the 3 tickets that you already have back into the system & then put the value of them towards selling you 5 new ones.
