    Hi,

    Have to renew my car insurance and similar to thread talking about rises, i have been stuck with an increase on my insurance.

    Last year with 123.ie I paid €564 fully comp with full no claims protection on a 08 Honda Civic sport 2.2 diesel.

    This year for same cover they are looking for €713, an 21% increase.

    I have full no claims bonus that most companies offer 6+ years.

    9 years full irish driving license, no penalties, no convictions, no penalty points, no claims and still hit with this bs rise.

    I am 33 and even for my age while it is a powerful car i drive i dont drive like a jackass and this rise hurts.

    I tried the following for quotes

    allianz - €869
    Chill - €814
    25 plus - €762

    Does anyone know of a broker or insurer in Ireland, NI or UK that will insure cheaper for same cover ?

    Tbh, it's too many variables and personal circumstances.
    Try having a look at one of the many many other insurance threads for names and contact those brokers.

    just from our experience FBD should come in 600 to 650, depending on your location, breakdown assist, full ncb protection, etc etc
