    1st bill 64.10
    2nd bill 64.82

Where this extra 92cents enter come from?
    Please clarify. Thank you.

    Hi mylittlepony,

    Thanks for contacting us.

Bills are determined on a pro-rata basis, which means they differ depending on how many days are in the billing period. This is why bills may vary for the separate quarters of the year. The maximum yearly charge for a multi-adult household is 260 euro per year and is capped until December 2018. Please see here for more information on water charges.

I hope this information helps. Should you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to ask.

    Kind regards,
    Allanah
