Photos with sedated animals

Has anyone noticed a trend recently of people posting photos of themselves with sedated animals, predominantly seen on dating sites?

Usually it's them with a tiger or a similarly wild animal.

It just makes you wonder whether they know that they're partaking in an unbelievably cruel practice!

Erm.... I don't think they are sedated.

Also, yano that puppy you had when you we're 12? It didn't really go out the country to a farm...

I took a pic with my cat, he's not sedated, he died a week ago.

The cubs generally are not sedated the parents are though. I've seen it first hand in Thailand. Cubs generally just like to be fed, so as long as your holding a bottle they wont maul you to death.
