Bluetooth Gone

    I have a Acer Aspire 7740 ,it has bluetooth it even has 2 buttons on the laptop but they dont work and wont turn on the bluetooth for me.

    I have drivers app download and checked in the device manager and it doesnt even show up there.What can I do it get this working.
    Im running windows 10 but I had windows 8 before and it didnt work on that either.I never tried it when I got the laptop first ,I only need it to work after I reinstalled windows.
