    Changed whole package to efibre once engineer finally arrived Monday to install. Worked fine until this morning. Eircom says now need to wait 2-3 days for engineer to call back as wasn't installed correctly. No exact date, no time. More time off work to stay home! Not happy.surely should be priority as am considering cancelling. MM
