Sony E3 help needed

I bought my mum a Sony E3 for Christmas and she's recently started complaining that the phone keeps bringing up a storage space is running out . Happens whenever she tries to do anything on the phone. I've deleted as many of the non necessary apps but some of the Sony apps cantle be deleted or moved to SD card. In fairness…

Happens whenever she tries to do anything on the phone. I've deleted as many of the non necessary apps but some of the Sony apps cantle be deleted or moved to SD card.

In fairness there's not a lot of apps on the phone and I have managed to move the photo storage location to the sd card. The phone has a 16gb card and has loads of free space.
