Missing channels

    Hi, not the most serious of situations but its annoying me as I can't find a solution.

    On Sunday, a few of my music stations stopped working. I didn't think there would be a major problem as it has happened before and a re-scan has rectified the problem but not on this occasion. I have re-scanned a few times but no luck on getting the stations back. I have tried adding the codes in the TP list but again no luck.

    Anyone got any solutions? Would the codes have changed?

    The missing channels are: Heart TV, Capital TV, Planet Pop and Clubland TV.

    I'm using a Sab twin tuner box.

    check 'King of Sat' all tp freq changes , temp & permanent, are posted there as they occur or soon afterward

    Looks like they change frequency according to Kingofsat on the 3rd of July maybe old frequency stop broadcasting over the weekend.

    Check there should be on Freq. 11552

    You need to re-scan on on Frequency 11552.75 H 22000 5/6 not sure on your model but if you don't have that frequency it you will need to add it.

    Here are all the frequencies for Astra 28.2e http://en.kingofsat.net/pos-28.2E.php

    Hi, thanks for that. Looking at that website, the frequency changed on the 3rd of July.

    There was no frequency 11552 so I added that and scan but no channels appeared except PTC PUNJABI.

    Just to make sure I'm doing this correct:
    The code for Planet Pop is 11552.75MHz, pol.H(DVB-SR:22000 FEC:5/6 SID:55114 PID:2560/2561 (from the website provided).

    On my box, I go to add TP and get a popup asking me the freq - which will be 11552, H/V Sym. Where I enter 2560, FEC which I change to 5/6 and I leave the mode DVB-S

    When I press scan, I get the following options: mode - I leave All, Net - I leave NIT OFF, Video PID - all, Audio PID - all PCR PID - all, press OK. A few quick scan follows but no new channels.

    Is my sequence of events OK?

    Just to follow up. Did another re scan and the stations are back!! Thanks for your help!
