The following are complete WWE Smackdown taping results from tonight’s set of WWE television tapings from Lincoln, Nebraska:

Dean Ambrose started the show which a promo, but was cut off and booked in a match against Sheamus on the spot.

    Sheamus defeated Dean Ambrose

Sheamus won it with a Brogue Kick after Ambrose was distracted by Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper on the Titantron.

Neville participated in a backstage interview with JoJo, which was “overseen” by a laughing Stardust on a monitor behind them.

    Neville defeated Adam Rose

Following the match, Stardust cut a promo on Neville

A new Sasha Banks hype vignette aired

Bad News Barrett comes to the ring and cuts a promo about him being the true King of WWE.

    Rusev defeated Kevin Owens

Rusev won by countout when Owens walked out on the match

Owens was then shown backstage, as he interrupted a Cesaro interview. They talked trash to each other, and Cesaro mocked Owens for constantly walking out of his matches.

The Bella Twins defeated Sasha Banks and Naomi (Team BAD)

    Seth Rollins defeated Cesaro

Rollins won with a Pedigree. Following the match, Owens attacked Cesaro and hits him with a pop-up powerbomb to end the show.

Owens vs Cesaro has the potential to be all levels of amazing.

All the anger earlier in the week about Kevin Owens and no one watched Smackdown to find out he's grand actually. Both Owens and Cesaro seem to have a solid and enjoyable direction.

So weird seeing Rusev working babyface against Owens. Cesaro and Rollins have some chemistry in the ring and Nikki Bella can work a corner as well as her fella.

As far as smackdowns go it was actually really good.

Look like Cesaro and Owens are bit up for a bit of a feud which should be great.

Anyone check this out? The opener and main event was well worth a watch. Owens's wit is way, way too much for the WWE announcers when he does colour.
