Good finish on the wall to Ceiling join - Caulk?

Since discovering caulk I'm obsessed with the stuff. I'm in the process of filling all the little niggly cracks around the place round room frames and stuff. Love it!

I can never get the join between the ceiling and the wall right! Always looks like someone was drunk when they did it. Would caulking round the join be the answer? Any other tips? I've even tried that sponge thing with wheels on - on joy.

Cant afford a P&D at the mo :(

You need a good 4" brush dip it in the paint and just tip against the inside of the can then hold the brush length ways pull the brush slowly at first twisting it gradually away from the wall

I 'love' cutting-in. It's my speciality in our house! I use a chisel style artists brush and move slowly along the wall from left to right. It takes time but the line is perfect when i'm done.

Ended up making it - that had it's drawbacks as I was in a hurry and din't have low tack tape but the finish was excellent. Thanks all!

My husband licks his finger to wet it and then rubs it along caulk to take off the excess. Bit gross and ive told him a sponge would work just as well! He says it leaves an excellent finish. Still gross though
