Audi A4 2009 - Aux Not Working

    Hi all,

    Just purchased an Audi A4 (2209) and I am having issues getting the standard AUX socket (located in armrest) to work

    The source is showing the menu but no sound coming through the stereo.

    I have checked the audio level and that looks fine

    The Audi Music Interface is not installed

    What device are you using to connect to it? Have you tried another device?

    IPhone .. through headphone jack

    Have also tried an Android - no luck either
