    If you're talking about the letter asking for documents, it took about a month from the time I applied for me last year.

    It depends on whether they need any documents or not.
    IF they need documents it may be up to 8 weeks and if they do not, you may not get a letter until you may need to submit a final acceptance form with your declaration.
