Anywhere you can buy a pint of Guinness in an old fashioned glass with a handle?

Just thought I'd throw this out. You know, the pint glass with the handle you see on the Guinness Signs above the Pub door. Especially since Dagieo want to enforce as nicely as possible the use of the new Guinness Pint glass only.
Or do I have too much of a phobia against the new glass? Or would I have better luck posting this thread is Oul' wans and Oul fellas?

That style of glass is used in the Galway Bay pubs for their cask beers. They don't sell Guinness though.

Spotted these Guinness glasses the other day in spoons up here.

I have a couple of those old Guinness tankards here in the house. However, they are of an era when glasses really were made of glass and thus very very brittle and delicate; I'd not chance them in a steam washer given their age.

You can get modern versions in the tourist shops which will be more robust and shatterproof than the older one. Ask your local if they'll serve up a pint in one of your own.

The Palace in Dublin city centre has those FW glasses and serves a decent pint of Guinness.

The FW glasses are taller and thinner than the Guinness mug, with a thick base.

Some pubs will have tankards which you could ask for. I know a guy who used to have "his" hanging up over the bar and would get all his pints in it. I remember seeing that going on in UK soaps, but its the only time I saw it in pubs here.

If you want one for home that Oirish souvenir shop, carrolls do a nice one with a pewter logo, but €12.99, its not rounded like I think the one the OP wants though

I've noticed a lot of lads going to motorcycle rallies bring their own tankards.
