Hi I have woodowrm in my attic. it is a live infestation and from what a pest control company told me in is mild to moderate with no serious structural damage. It is visible in the joists and lathes. I am getting a different company to treat it, a timber and damp specialist company. They will be using a water based low toxicity permethrin (0.02%) whichnim happy enough with. My question is, im planning to sell the house which is why im getting it done prefessionally with a certificate to gaurantee its been treated and treatment will last 25 years. has anyone else had any experience of this? any advice ? thanks

    Hi,
I've a similar problem that you posted about. Would you recommend the low toxixidity treatment? Would you be able to give me the company details?
    Thanks.
