Hey guys,

Looking for some advice on where to look on this topic. Are there special recruitment agency's that do this sort of thing?

I have a very secure, well paying job with a large tech company here, but it's a life long dream to work in the states. What are my options to look for highly skilled work (Software) in the U.S.A?

Your only realistic way over is via company sponsoring or marrying an American; hence I'd start looking internally what can be done and speak with your boss.

You've got to be two years working for an American multi-national here for them to be able to transfer you over as an essential employee.
