    Has anyone done this one before, any thoughts on the course and the race generally?

    did it last year...thought it was a very good event...flat fast course
    great goodie bag (sponsored by local incinerator!)

    Thanks Muloc definitely going to do this one. Would you have a Garmin link for the course by any chance?
