on the road price versus website price

    If a new car on a website car configurator come ins at 21k with all options you need etc added

    what would the actual price be ito drive away ?

    and what could you reasonably expect to haggle to ?

    seems to be a bit of a dark science :)

    On the road price includes, dealer preparation (mats, wash, number plates, etc.), delivery charges, etc.

    Haggling totally depends on the make/model and a number of other factors, there is no one size fits all percentage or set figure.

    any idea of the rough percentage on top of list price ?

    i guess the reg tax is part of it ?

    Varies from manufacturer to manufacturer but I'd roughly add about €500 to €800 onto the listed price.

    The Nissan dealers I went to were quoting 1500 euro delivery + related charges. The E.P. Mooney Hyundai dealers were quoting 1000 to me earlier this year.
