Approx. Plumbing cost - Bathroom Renovation

    I am looking at a bathroom renovation soon and was wondering about the approx costs for the following:

    1) Remove old bath and replace with new.
    2) Plumb taps for new bath
    3) Install new shower & valve (relocate to opposite side of bath)
    4) Install new toilet (needs to move approx 60cm's)
    5) Install new taps for basin (needs to be re-plumbed/moved approx 4mtrs)

    Would appreciate any ballpark costs for budgeting purposes.

    Type of house
    Age of house
    Upstairs /downstairs
    Bathroom wall construction
    Concrete or timber floor construction
    Waste/plumbing pipes in floor or wall
    Make/model of bathroom suite
    Floor or wall mounted suite
    Shower model Pumped,gravity,electric
    Tiles striped of walls or left to plumber ect
