I'm thinking of upgrading from Force 10 speed to Force 22 11 speed. Obviously I will need 2 new shifters and a rear mech. My question is will my chainset and front mech work without having to change them. Thanks

chains are different width, so new chain rings and chain too

They'll work fine. The difference in thickness a 10spd and 11spd chain is something like 0.4mm and an 11sod chain will run fine on a 10spd chainset. Same goes for the FD, there's no need to change it, it'll work fine with 11spd chain.

Well, for what it's worth I'm running 10sp shifters with 11sp RD perfectly.
