My poor shed:-(

    Hi All,

I built a large shed in my garden - my pride and joy it is, when I built it I thought was exempt from planning permission. It turned out to be too big and after a long long battle with the council, they issued legal proceedings against me. It was getting close to seven years when they issued proceedings against me and the case has been delayed a few times and hasn't gone to trial yet. At this stage the shed has been in place for more than seven years. Can they still knock my shed down?

    Jake

    Would a brown envelope help?

The above is not legal advice so no throwing toys out of the pram lads.

    Mod:

Suggesting illegal activity is not allowed, Tony Beetroot.

This thread is a blatant request for legal advice and is closed for that reason. OP, seek advice from a solicitor and a planning adviser.
