    Hi,

I'm just hoping that someone might be able to recommend an area to live for someone who is about to move to Dublin. They are going to be studying at Botanical Gardens in Glasnevin and will be looking for a room in shared accommodation somewhere nearby.

    All advice is greatly appreciated!

    Thanks :)

Drumcondra would be ideal, or Phibsboro.

The Glasnevin side of Finglas East (Cremore estate/Fitzmaurice Road area) has a good few students living there these days.

Its about a 5-7mins walk from the Gardens. Rent would be cheaper than Drumcondra or Phibsboro....good bus service as well
