Hi there, I'm looking for some advise

I'm in the process of renovating an old cottage and I need a new stove. It needs to have a boiler and preferably a hotplate aswell. Also needs the capability of running 8-9 radiators. I see the Stanley Aisling has a hotplate but my builder reckons that it won't run the rads and that I'll need something more like the Erin but it has no hotplate!
I'd be grateful for any advise and/or recommendations
