    I would expect so, but it will be marked with the restriction/information that you need part of the car modified (if you do need anything modified to operate the car).

    I myself have a licence marked '01' indicating I must wear corrective lenses for driving.

    You would need to do the test in an Automatic car as changing gears is out of the question if your left hand is paralysed (with the car presumably being a right hand drive). In this case you will be restricted to driving automatics (restriction code 78).

    I'm not sure if you would need to get the car further adapted as Spurious as mentioned as it would be possible to reach across using your right hand to change from P to D or R and vice versa for the start and end of your journey but I'm not sure how practical or safe it would be to be doing this on a regular basis.

    Best consult a driving instructor for further advice.
