Hi all I would. Be most grateful for your help, if my daughter moves in with her boyfriend would she be eligible for social welfare whilst job hunting? Her boyfriend is in college so financially supported by his parents thanks

When you say he is financially supported by them, is he living at home or in student accommodation? And is he receiving a grant or are they supporting him from their own resources?

Thanks for your reply, they would be living in a rented apartment and no he's not on a grant so his parents are supporting him from there own funds.

She will be applying for him as her dependent on her claim. They will both be means tested. Bank statements will be required. How old are they both?
