Short Game Clinics

I have seen short game clinics advertised in places like carton house and kileen castle but never really gave them much consideration as I wasn't playing enough.

However now I am seriously considering attending some of these as short game is without doubt the weakest part of my game.

Has anyone any experience of the above? Any recommendations ect?

I went to one in Carton House a few years ago. The Pro was very good but overall it was a waste of time and money. There were about 8 golfers there and we all had different issues.

You'd be far better off with a one on one lesson from a teaching pro. You'd get plenty of lessons for the price they charge for these clinics.

I've also done the one in Carton House and I'd have to agree with this. The pro was certainly quite good but for most of it you're left with a bucket of balls just chipping away while the pro looks at the other players.

I'd say to just get a one-on-one lesson.
