I'll be arriving in Dublin off EI108 from JFK next month arriving at 8:40 And then I have to catch a bus to Donegal leaving at 9:45 from zone 14. With only an hour to get off the flight and go through immigration collect my baggage is there a good chance I will be able to make the bus?

Hard to know, in most cases if the flight leaves US on time it will be in Ireland early. I would be confident that if you arrive at 8.40 and your bus is at 9.45 you will have no problem making it. Check to see exactly where the bus leaves from, could be outside T1 or T2, your flying in to T2.

The bus leaves from the bus station directly behind the T1 multi-storey car park.

It's about 10 minute walk from arrivals (with luggage).

It could be tight depending on how long you're waiting for the bags.

Most transatlantics arrive early sometimes even an hour earlier than scheduled depending on weather

Thanks for the info guys! Is there any chance EI would put a priority tag on my luggage (1 piece) in JFK or are they pretty strict with that stuff lol

The gold circle priority tags are ignored as it stands

In all the years of flying into Dublin Airport, I'd have to agree.

Priority tags from all airlines are ignored and bags are offloaded whichever way the handlers want.
