    This case is terrible. A Polish woman took a job in a pound shop (€uro 50 in the Ilac Centre). A good worker - was quickly promoted but her pay did not reflect her responsibilities. They had to work for free past midnight to avoid NERA inspections. Was told that she would be paid as a Manager when she returned from her 'maternity holiday' . Of course she wasn't and then they found a trumped-up charge so they could get rid of her.
