Parcel Motel took a charge directly from my card instead of my credit.

Hi, So I'm new to Parcel Motel, I got a text earlier saying I need to top up my account to receive my parcel. So I went and topped up, but I noticed that they took 3.95 from my card anyway. I wouldn't have topped up the tenner if I noticed they took 3.95 anyway. Is there anything I can do?

Get onto them. They can f**k doing that. I'd say they can easily refund you and take it out of your credit.
