    Is it just me or is there a multi million euro payout almost every week?

    Shocking, not the payouts, these guys deserve every penny; but more the incompetence of our health system, what a dump

    Are there more payouts in ireland relative to other OECD countries?

    Its a valid point he made though, are claims here on average as other EU nations, etc, or are we working through a backlog of historic cases?

    If you are going to make claims about our system been poor then back it up wiht some comparative data!
