changing from fixed rate mortgage

    hello
    We have in 8th year of a 15 year mortgage. Mortgage is fixed for ten years. 
    we need advice on the best way to pay once the ten years fixed rate is over. Also, we could pay off the full amount earlier than planned. Is it possible to start this while still on the fixed rate.
