The StenaLine bus from Westmoreland street?

I've never gotten it and am quite clueless about it, the website just says it leaves from Westmoreland street, is it any place particularly there? Is there a sign? Does that bus still go?

There is a sign - it is outside O'Briens between Bank of Ireland and Fleet Street.
