Options for People on welfare or Low pay

    The government was discussing options similar to those given to people with the LPT, e.g. if your income is below a certain level, (18k pa as in the case of LPT) then you could defer payment and it would be set as a charge against your home should you ever sell it.

    Are there any options for the low paid in place now.

    Currently there are no options available for those with a low income.
