Hi all. Im 24 weeks pregnant. Going out sick for a few weeks, could end up being until due date or could be 4-5 weeks, see how I feel etc. Anyways im curious as to whether or not my employer with still pay contributions for me even though not working.

    pay contributions
If you mean social insurance contributions, my understanding is yes. Alternatively, social welfare will give you credits.

As you are pregnant, check out Health & Safety Benefit, to see if it is relevant.

If your employer doesnt pay you while you are on sick leave then no they will not be paying a contribution for you but while you are on illness benefit you will receive a credited contribution from social welfare.
