What's the chances of this being perfectly fine to drink without me dying after it?

No known human pathogen can survive in more than about a 2% solution of alcohol. It'll taste musty and stale but the physiological effect will be the same as a fresh bottle.

Though your chances of dying after drinking it remain at 100%.

Suppose I have to pay taxes too !

I'll pass on it then, or maybe I'll give it a shot !

Wheat doesn't age well so I'd doubt it tastes nice. I've had a few out of date wheat beers before and I noticed straight away that it wasn't right.

I recall tasting an out of date bottle of Erdinger Dunkel about ten years ago. It tasted of baked beans, unpleasant.
