Painting over egg stains on front of house

Hi
I wanted some advice as I believe if I paint over it without treating the stain it will come through. Is that correct I wonder? Unfortunately I didn't use a solution to remove it at the time as I didn't know you could use vinegar & warm water.
Will I be able to just paint over these egg stains?

You will have to wash the egg off with hot soapy water, then paint it.

Fussy onion will that work if the stain is over a year old though?

Treating them is not enough.
You have to trick them as well.....

It is a painted concrete.

treat and than a trick , Yeah however old that stain is first wash it than paint it or else the paint will come off
