What to seal a garage floor with.

The garage floor (not used for a car, more a workshop and storage) is concrete and generates tons of dust, you could sweep it forever. I had some PVA and diluted that and put in on the area I use most and it did the job, but I am sure it will not stand much wear. What should I use to seal it, preferably clear. I might use garage floor paint on it in the future, but can't afford that now.

    Thanks in advance.

The problem is there wasn't enough Cement in the Mix when the floor was laid. There is a few clear floor seller's online if you do a search. You might be better pff raising it with a new concrete screed which should cure the problem.

OK thanks, I am not surprise to hear the skimped on cement, I am finding a few things like that. I will try the sealer first anyway.

With a dusty screed like that you can get special 2 pack expoxy treatments that will bind with the surface and strengthen the finsih so to speak, but not cheap, although it may be an economical fix versus the alternative!

Went for the two part sealer and it worked great, thank you.

What product did you go for in the end and how much did it cost, can I ask? I'm looking to seal/ paint a new concrete floor myself soon and I'm interested in looking at a two pack treatment.

Why not use a PVA mix to seal leave to dry then use actual floor paint.

This is inexpensive and will last years.
