Need the number of a good satellite tv installer in the west cork area please. Dish already setup for freesat and saorsat, worked fine with the old box. I bought a new receiver and I can't get it to receive the Irish channels.

Might be easy enough sorted without an installer, should only be a matter of a few menu settings.

Post the make & model of the box if you want to have a go.

You mean the DiSEqC settings are done, so it should be switching between 28 east & 9 east without any problem? (DiSEqC: Digital Satellite Equipment Control, used in switching between fixed dishes or multi LNBs on a single dish, & controlling motorised dishes.)

There's no manual available from the TM site, & it's a Linux box anyway, probably with the menu structure varying depending what exactly it's running, so I can't give you any pointers that way.
